  • How much will postage cost?

Oh Pretty Nights like to keep things simple. Postage is £3.25 your parcel will be sent 2nd class via Royal Mail. If you have an urgent order please get in touch, we may be able to help you with a quicker postage option. Oh Pretty Nights will usually use Royal Mail as the courier, but from time to time we may use alternatives such as Evri, DPD or Parcelforce.

  • When will I receive my order?

Dispatch time is typically 3 - 5 days (although this can be longer during peak times). We usually use Royal Mail second class delivery, but we do use different couriers for larger orders. Once your order is dispatched the item will then typically take between 2 - 5 days to arrive - although we have no control over the delivery times once the item is dispatched.

  • Can you send my item to another country?

At the moment we are only focusing on our UK customers, so at this time we will not be able to accept overseas/international orders. Watch this space, Oh Pretty Nights will be global soon enough!

Return & Exchange Policy

 

  • Can I return an item?

Whilst we think its unlikely…if you decide you don’t want your PJ’s when they arrive you have 14 days to let us know you want to make a return and 14 days to return the item to us. If you want to return an item please email us at hello@ohprettynights.co.uk and we will assist you.

We cannot cover the cost of the return postage and any refund will be minus the cost of the original postage charges.

​

Please note the items must be unworn and in perfect condition so they are fit for resell. We inspect each return and if there is any signs of the item being worn or used a refund will not be issued. Of course this does not include faulty items (please see below for faulty/damaged items)

 

  • I received a faulty/damaged item

In the unlikely event of your item being faulty please email us at hello@ohprettynights.co.uk with photos of the problem within 14 days of receiving the item we will assist you with arranging a replacement item.

  • Can I exchange an item for another size/design?

We like to keep things simple and to make things quicker for you, simply email us at hello@ohprettynights.co.uk to arrange a return and you can place a new order for the different size/design.
