  • Can I amend or cancel my order?
    Once your order is placed it is unlikely we will be able to amend or cancel your order. However, please email us at hello@ohprettynights.co.uk and if we haven’t processed your order we may be able to make adjustments (but we cannot guarantee this).
  • Do you sell outside of the UK?
    We are focusing on our UK customers at the moment, so unfortunately we cannot take orders or send parcels outside of the UK. We hope to expand internationally in the future.
  • Can I place an order as a gift?
    Absolutely. When we package items we do not include an invoice (we email you the invoice/order confirmation), the package will not reference any prices paid. We do also sell gift vouchers so the lucky person can chose their favourites designs.
  • What are your opening hours?
    You can place an order with us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We process and dispatch orders every day. We endeavour to respond to emails within 48 hours.
  • Can I exchange an item?
    Unfortunately we don't offer an exchanges. Simply return your item(s) and reorder for a replacement. Your refund will be processed once we've received your unwanted items and they have been inspected to ensure they are suitable for reselling (unless faulty).
